The Company has in place Risk Management System commensurate with its level of operations. There are sufficient controls in Trading Software whereby individual ID wise position is controlled / monitored. We have also got installed a software called Deriwatch developed by M/s Vtech Informatics, which is used to watch the ID wise/client wise margin on real time basis and the position of each client/ID is monitored throughout the trading time. The margin from clients is taken wherever required. Till now, the Company had no amount of bad debts in respect of its clients.
